When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - WIX
Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through WIX's data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

LBB supplies and dispatches our products to customers within Australia only at this stage. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices can change at any time. Packaging and postage is at an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase. When ordering from LBB, you are required to provide your full name, delivery address, email, telephone number and credit card details. LBB will take due care with this information; however in providing LBB with such information you accept that LBB are not liable for any misuse due to error in transmission, virus or Malware. All risk of loss or damage to the order pass onto you once the order is dispatched.

RETURN POLICY
GENERAL
LBB will replace any faulty or damaged product. Video or photos of the affected item/s must be provided. Change of mind purchases cannot be refunded or credited.
FAULTY ATOMIZERS /TRIGGER SPRAYERS
Please note that some atomizers may appear faulty at first, press down hard on the pump to 'prime' it and then pump multiple times. A fine mist will eventually spray out and be then flow easily. This is an anti-leak measure :)
If indeed your atomizer is faulty, please send a video showing the fault after trying these tops and tricks. If atomizer/trigger is faulty of course a new one will be sent out to you at no charge.
